We believe that each of our experiences provides us with unique insights that can enhance our work and open new ways of seeing solutions. Building on Audre Lorde’s seminal work of the same name, the culture at black unicorn aims to understand where seemingly disparate ideas and experiences intersect and creating innovative and new approaches to challenges in our lives and our work.
